Purchased a bed from Mattress Express, not the one that I wanted, Kevin was great to exchange it. Got a queen size mattress, but Nick refuses to take the king size frame that I have and will not get me a queen size frame. Now I am stuck with the king size frame, and a queen size mattress. No one cares to help me or no one cares. And still have not gotten my gift card, the excuse is that it will show up in my e-mail my junk mail, well it has been almost two months, and still have not gotten it. What a joke. Wish that I never went to the Mattress Express store on Erie Boulevard. Even the delivery guy was trying to help me and he gave me his cell phone number, only to leave 2 messages, and he will not call me back. GREAT COMPANY NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Will think twice. Now I have to go buy a queen size frame, and feel like throwing out the king size frame. It was for my hustand, who cannot even use the bed. As I stated I will not ever do business with Mattress Express. Really disguisted.

Eric Vaughn helped us twice over this past weekend. Our first contact was at Destiny on Saturday. Judy was searching for pillows. Eric suggested that we try the store on Erie Boulevard. On Sunday, we met Eric at the Mattress Express store. In addition to pillows, we were seaching for my cell phone. Eric solved the search by calling the other store we had just visited. We retrieved the phone with great thanks to Eric. It is a pleasure to shop at a store when we receive exceptional service.

I bought a Purple Plus mattress (along with the platform, mattress protector, and the most expensive sheets) at Mattress Express in the mall. The mattress is horrible, and Mattress Express (contrary to most Purple retailers, according to a Purple sales associate online) does not honor the 100 Day Money-Back Guarantee that you would have if you ordered from Purple directly. You won’t save any money buying it in the store; I decided to because I like to support local businesses. Big mistake. Now I’m stuck with an $1800 mattress that I can’t even sleep on.
