30-Night Sleep Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your qualifying mattress*, you can exchange it for another mattress of equal or greater value. To qualify, you must purchase a mattress and a 5-sided mattress protector at the same time of the mattress purchase on the same receipt, no exceptions.

You must notify Mattress Express within 15 days after the original delivery that you want to exchange the mattress through their website at MattressExpressNY.com. 
You must make yourself available for pickup/exchange within 30 days of the original mattress delivery.

Qualifying mattresses only will be considered for exchange*. Merchandise that does not qualify includes clearance and closeout merchandise, floor samples, special orders, pillows, protectors, sheets, metal bedframes, adjustable bases, headboards, toppers or anything that is not clearly defined as a mattress.

Mattress will be inspected at the time of pick up by Mattress Express and must be free of stains, tears, scuffs, and any other blemishes. The mattress must still have its original law label attached or the mattress will be immediately disqualified and such a decision is at Mattress Express’ sole discretion. Any fees charged on the original sale (delivery, removal, etc.) will not be refunded or otherwise credited in any manner.

If existing, customer-owned mattresses and foundations were originally removed, they will not be returned under any circumstances.

Sales outside of our delivery areas utilizing a drop-ship delivery or shipping service other than a Mattress Express delivery team and vehicle do not qualify for the 30-Day Comfort Assurance Program. A $99 exchange / restock fee and a delivery fee (minimum $149.00) will be applied at the time of the exchange transaction. Discounts applied on original purchase will not be applied to new purchase. This program may differ form an online direct purchase from a manufacturer. *Mattresses with an individual price (not set) of $799.99 and higher only qualify for our comfort assurance program except; Purple, Instant Comfort  and Posh & Lavish Mattresses do not qualify for our Comfort Assurance Program, no exceptions.
