30-Night Sleep Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your qualifying mattress*, you can exchange it for another mattress of equal or greater value. To qualify, you must purchase a mattress and a 5-sided mattress protector at the same time of the mattress purchase on the same receipt, no exceptions.
You must notify Mattress Express within 15 days after the original delivery that you want to exchange the mattress through their website at MattressExpressNY.com.
You must make yourself available for pickup/exchange within 30 days of the original mattress delivery.
Qualifying mattresses only will be considered for exchange*. Merchandise that does not qualify includes clearance and closeout merchandise, floor samples, special orders, pillows, protectors, sheets, metal bedframes, adjustable bases, headboards, toppers or anything that is not clearly defined as a mattress.
Mattress will be inspected at the time of pick up by Mattress Express and must be free of stains, tears, scuffs, and any other blemishes. The mattress must still have its original law label attached or the mattress will be immediately disqualified and such a decision is at Mattress Express’ sole discretion. Any fees charged on the original sale (delivery, removal, etc.) will not be refunded or otherwise credited in any manner.
If existing, customer-owned mattresses and foundations were originally removed, they will not be returned under any circumstances.
Sales outside of our delivery areas utilizing a drop-ship delivery or shipping service other than a Mattress Express delivery team and vehicle do not qualify for the 30-Day Comfort Assurance Program. A $99 exchange / restock fee and a delivery fee (minimum $149.00) will be applied at the time of the exchange transaction. Discounts applied on original purchase will not be applied to new purchase. This program may differ form an online direct purchase from a manufacturer. By purchasing from this website you agree to these terms.
*Mattresses with an individual price (not set) of $799.99 and higher only qualify for our comfort assurance program except; Purple, Instant Comfort and Posh & Lavish Mattresses do not qualify for our Comfort Assurance Program, no exceptions.
Refund & Delivery Policy
Please note that your order may contain one or more items that are not regularly stocked at Mattress Express, or that are stocked in a limited quantity. Due to this, your order qualifies as a “final sale” and by conducting this transaction you acknowledge that your sale is nonrefundable for any reason. We place orders and/or reserve your items from our limited inventory in the order that they are received, making any item(s) unavailable for sale to another customer in order to allow us to get your items to you as soon as possible.
Mattress Express will attempt, in good faith, to deliver your product to you or to a local store for pick-up by any agreed-upon date; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed until the product is in our possession from the vendor. Orders placed via drop-ship are processed and shipped by the respective vendors and cannot be altered nor cancelled once placed. Order procurement, nationwide weather activities and vehicle limitations may be cause for delaying your order. A final delivery date should be confirmed with a sleep specialist at one of our locations by phone once the product has been received by Mattress Express.
All sales are final. No returns accepted. Mattress covers, pillows, sheets, and furniture are not returnable. 30 DAY SLEEP GUARANTEE: 30 Day Sleep Guarantee must be purchased in conjunction with a full encasement mattress protector at time of sale. Not all mattresses qualify. Cancellation Policy: Online sales cannot be cancelled, sales are final. Finance Terms: Any signed finance contract overrides any terms stated on this receipt. Receipt listing is for our reference only. See your finance contract for up-to-date details.
Guaranteed Lowest Price Policy
Present a locally advertised price* of a mattress we carry in store prior to purchasing the mattress and we will beat the price of the mattress by $50-$100 depending on size.
If a customer sees the same mattress advertised for sale for less than their purchase price from us within 90 days of the purchase date; if brought to our attention within that 90-day period we will refund the difference*.
*Locally advertised price on mattress only – on a new mattress from a storefront retailer within 20 miles of one of our locations. Sales prior to 060125 excluded. Purchase price and locally advertised price; Limited to price only, giveaways, rebates and added value excluded.
* Does not apply to sleep exchange or warranty exchange mattresses.
